Top 3 Tips
You can do all foam rolling exercises with the 10X Roller. And here are our top three tips to get an even better result:
- Adjust the pressure on the muscles but either rolling using the cradle zone (softer) or the ball zone (more intense).
- The 10X Roller bypasses the bone structure (spine, shins and hips) so you can unlock hard to access trigger points. Just make sure the cradle and bones align.
- Start slowly and support some of your body weight using your hands, elbows or feet depending on your position. That way you can stay comfortable while foam rolling and increase pressure over time as you get used to it.
